always wanted to try dawing a dragon so i did it. 2012 was the year of the dragon so here’s my tribute to that i guess. theres a lot i should have done differently probably. i dont really know any of the rules or what youre supposed to do when drawing traditional japanese dragons, so i just kinda went for it. maybe i’ll draw up a better one and have it tattooed on me one day.
first off, i’d like to say merry Christmas eve to everyone who drops in on my tumblr from time to time or even just finds this post alone. even if youre an atheist or agnostic or jew or muslim, the holiday season is a great excuse for you to cherish the people around you and enjoy life a bit.
now then, i finally get to post this since ive gifted this off to the friend it was meant for. drew this for one of my best and closest friends since A.I. is one of his favorite ballers ever. the dude was a monster.

my second tyson drawing on this site. this one was difficult cuz the picture i was drawing from wasnt great and was fairly old, but all in all it turned out ok. the man is a legend. give it up for iron mike.
possibly the dumbest thing ive ever drawn, but i love dragonball and i was missin it. i was gonna draw him riding kinto’un (goku’s cloud) but i decided on nyan cat because nyan cat.

first post of a two post day. first up is a sweater design for my friend eric’s frat up in norcal. hence northstate. hes a big fan of sons of anarchy, so that should explain things.
so today marks my first foray into digital art. one of my good friends recently gifted me an awesomely awesome wacom tablet, so i decided to give it a try. took a few minutes bfore i go to sleep to make a small korra sketch. hopefully its recognizable. heres to hopin i get better.

dwyane wade. i know some of my lakers lovers are probably gonna be annoyed that i did one for him, but hes a beast. i think hes actually at least as good as lebron, but thats just my opinion. hate him or love him, hes amazing at this game and deserves the respect thats due.
another kobe i did while watching the opening ceremony last night. it was certainly interesting.
